Canon HV-30 Wide angle test Video Clips. Duration : 1.33 Mins.
I've uploaded this short test due to the lack of videos showing the difference between using standard HV-30 or a HV-30 equipped with wide angle lens when shooting indoor. 99,9999% / all videos are tests of outdoor shooting. But at least me myself uses the camera 'bout 50% indoor / 50% outdoor. So just a bunch of outdoor tests won't tell how big the difference really are when using the wide angle lens indoor. Camera settings are all automatic. The lens is named Digital Vision.... 0.45. From PDS International. It comes with 15 years guarantee. I bought it in Orlando, FL for 0 with the 72mm UV-filter. They showed me live when throwing the lens right up in the air about 4-5 metres and it hit the floor in the store. Not a scratch, no damage at all. This lens really handle rough usage. Im no professional, but compared to my earlier "Digital High definition 0.45 wide angle lens" from "Japan Optics" i can really se big big big difference! The old one was 0 with battery included. The old one also shows that the experts in camera stores not talking bullshit that there is difference in lenses especially when it comes to high definition. If the old one could be classified as High Definition, my new one must be huge definition... The old lens blurring the picture. The camera cannot focus in all zoom levels with the old lens. When doing fast movements with the old lens, it doesnt manage to focus at all when stop moving. Then i have to zoom in and out to make the camera focus ...
